Leavers’ Celebration Consent

Thursday 23rd July 2020 5–7pm

By completing this form you agree that your family will be joining the live stream which will be provided on Vimeo.com with password protection.

This includes:

- school photos being shared with other stream viewers.

- a video chat or phone call taking place with you and your family during the evening that will be shared on the live stream.

- the stream will be shared with the families of Leavers and school staff.

- you will seek our permission to share the link and password with anyone else.

- you will only make recordings or take screenshots of your own children and family for your private use. Please do not post them on social media sites.
