As we’re approaching our back To School period, which is our busiest time of year, we thought we’d reach out to local SENS schools and see if we can be of any assistance for the parents and children who attend your school

We understand how difficult the shopping experience can be for families with SENS children and we’re always happy to try and alleviate some of the stress

If any of your families need assistance, we are happy to book in appointments for them if they want to give us a call on 01773 812365. The appointment will provide a one – to – one service, so they can avoid the queues etc. Alternatively, if they arrive at store and need some help, if they approach one of our team members we’ll arrange for that help to be given

Unfortunately, we don’t have a quiet room in-store that we can use, but we take families to a quieter area of the store to avoid the hustle and bustle of the childrens department.
